We transitioned away from standard non-profit methods to embrace a for-purpose mindset, providing critical resources to effective small teams. Participants engaged in profound conversations and established lasting bonds that continue to strengthen our region today. While these specific gatherings have concluded, the momentum generated serves as a foundation for future projects aimed at bettering our shared community.
